Pre Order simply means that the item is not yet available for shipment in our warehouse. Due to high demand for our beds, we have made our pre-sale live for our customers and their pups to get their hands on the SASH bed.

Pre-sale orders will be sent out within the first week of January, we send your SASH bed out from our Gold Coast warehouse. Standard domestic shipping times then apply (3-7 days). Expect to see your tracking code sent in the first week of August.

Poor quality especially due to price

Expensive for the quality of the bed. The bed comes vacuum packed and even after waiting 76 hours like it recommends the bed is still lumpy. The base doesn’t properly fit to the sides so there’s gaps. The fluff comes off easily and has bits all over my carpet and my dogs blanket and it smells of strong perfume in parts of it which my dog doesn’t like. I thought paying this much money would mean a good quality washable bed but that’s not the case. Only good part is you can take the cover off and wash it. I wouldn’t recommend this bed or buy is again. Highly disappointed!

Customer service was good, however, I really think the dog beds are not as shown on the instagram page/website. They don't look as fluffy, and doesn't hold its shape. Followed all instructions when opening the carton, however the bed still flatten after 2 days of use. It feels like there is not enough stuffing. Had the XL bed for a 30kg golden retriever.

Love at first snuggle

My white Swiss shepherd adores her new calming dog bed. She snuggles right into it or hangs her paws over the edge. I have both an XL and L size. She never sleeps in the XL mainly used it to store her toys but loves the L size.

Excellent! Our puppy loves her new bed. Super plush and comfortable, excellent quality, cover washes well and very easy to take cover on and off. We bought second cover to interchange when cleaning!

The Calming Dog Bed has a removable, machine washable cover. Simply unzip and remove the interior cushion, then zip back up to close before washing. Place the cover into the washing machine on a gentle, cold cycle. Do not machine dry - simply allow the bed to air dry while you’re playing with your fur friend. After, place the interior cushion in and zip back up. Done!
