These size guides are based on your furry bestie feeling comfortable but also cosy. The sizing data has been collected from thousands of customers' feedback on what size is best suited for their pets.

If you want to accommodate your pet being completely stretched out, or you want to accommodate 2+ pets, then we’d recommend going up a size.

You’ll find the size guide for each pet bed on the relevant product listing. If your pet’s breed isn’t on the chart, we suggest you compare a dog that’s similar in size.

In short: although these 3 beds all look the same size and shape, only the Bouclé and Teddy bed are identical in size & dimensions which means covers can also be interchangeable.

The Calming Bed’s construction has more padding and a different filling form (with a higher rim) to help relieve anxiety and create a secure ‘cocoon’. This means the Calming bed covers can’t be used on a Bouclé or Teddy Bed.

As our dog beds are made from a unique and durable fabric that is vacuum sealed, it tends to take a little longer to puff out to full size. Please allow 24-48 hours to allow your bed to fully expand. If you wish to expedite the process, remove the cover and iron in a cool setting. Once it fully puffs out, the height will be between 20 cm to 24 cm.

To keep the cushion inserts clean, we suggest either hand washing it or hosing it down. Please avoid placing it in the washing machine as the inside stuffing can bunch up all together. If needed, you may use a mild detergent and only use a little! Afterwards, simply allow the cushion to air dry. 

All beds, except for the Couch Bed, feature an anti-slip base. This helps to stop the bed from sliding around when the pet jumps in and out. In addition, every single bed has a scratch resistant underside, where zips are hidden and fabrics won’t damage floors and other surfaces.

Washing the SASH dog car bed is quick and easy. It’s completely machine washable and because it comprises 2 pieces - the shell and the cushion - you can wash either or both, depending on your needs. 

To wash the outer shell, we recommend inverting it (turning the whole bed inside out) so that you can access the zips easily as they’re located on the inside of the base of the bed. Unzip right around the base of the bed and remove each padded wall from the cover. Place the cover on a gentle, cold cycle.

Washing the cushion is exactly the same as you would with any other cushions in your home. Simply unzip and remove the cover from the cushion itself. And as with the shell, place on a gentle, cold cycle.

The Premium Dog Car Bed has an adjustable safety buckle that wraps around your car seat to stop the bed from sliding around. There’s also a trigger snap hook to attach your pet’s collar to the bed so they’re secure while travelling in the car.

Our Melbourne warehouse aims to have your shipment dispatched within 24-48 hours, during standard business days. Orders typically arrive between 2-8 business days after dispatch.

We now also offer free shipping within 48 hours to all locations in the United Kingdom. 

At check-out, we ask for your email address. We do this because our courier company will email you upon dispatch with a hyperlink that will enable you to track your parcel as it travels. This will take a few minutes, please check your junk email if you have not received the link. If by then the link still does not appear in your inbox, reach out to our team on hello@sashbeds.com and we will re-send a link.

If you’ve changed your mind after ordering from us, we do accept returns - with some conditions:

- The item you're returning must be unused and in re-sellable condition, in the original packaging.

- Returns must be lodged within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing us at hello@sashbeds.com Please include your full name and include the name of item/s you’re looking to return.

- Return postage costs will be at your expense. 

Once we receive the return we’ll inspect the item/s to ensure they’re unused, there’s no damage, and you have provided us with all original packaging.

If the item meets this criteria, the refund will be applied to the same credit card that was used to purchase.

We understand that sometimes online shopping can be challenging. If you feel you’ve selected the wrong size for your pup, we’ll happily help to facilitate an exchange.

Please note: The item you're exchanging must be unused and in re-sellable condition, in the original packaging. Return postage costs will be at your expense. You must lodge a request to exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.

To arrange an exchange, please email our Customer Service Team via hello@sashbeds.com and include your full name and include the item name in your email.

If your SASH item is faulty due to materials or workmanship, please email us at hello@sashbeds.com with the following:

- Your full name

-The name of the item in question

- Photos and/or video of the suspected fault

We’ll then evaluate the situation and establish next steps.

As part of this process, we will work with you to establish the reason for the fault/damage. The more information from you, the better (and faster) we can determine what may have gone wrong and ensure this doesn’t happen again. The item then needs to be returned to our warehouse for us to inspect, once your return is received and inspected we will then asses if the item is faulty due to manufacturing reason.

If it’s been deemed a manufacturing or materials fault, we’ll either exchange the item for you or offer you a refund.
