Terms and Conditions for Sash Beds Referral Program
Introduction These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the Sash Beds Referral Program (the "Program") operated by Sash Beds Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Sash Beds," "we," "us," or "our").
Eligibility Participation in the Program is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
Must be an existing customer of Sash Beds.
Must be of legal age in their respective jurisdiction.
Must comply with these T&C and our Privacy Policy.
Referral Process
Advocates can refer friends by sharing a unique referral link or code provided by Sash Beds.
Friends who are referred will receive a $20 discount code for use on Sash Beds' website.
Advocates will receive a $20 cashback reward.
Cashback rewards may take at least 7 days to be approved internally.
Limitations Sash Beds reserves the right to cancel rewards if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Referral discount codes have an expiry of 30 days.
Other limitations or restrictions may apply and will be communicated as needed.
Privacy Policy All information collected during the referral process is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights related to the Program remain the property of Sash Beds.
Disclaimer of Warranties The Program is provided "as is," without any warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability Sash Beds shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Program.
Indemnification Participants agree to indemnify and hold Sash Beds harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their participation in the Program.
Governing Law These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Entire Agreement These T&C, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between participants and Sash Beds.
Waiver The failure to enforce any provision of these T&C shall not be considered a waiver of such provision.
Severability If any part of these T&C is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Assignment Participants may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these T&C without the prior written consent of Sash Beds.
Language These T&C are drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
No Guarantee of Results Participation in the Program does not guarantee any specific results or rewards.
Force Majeure Sash Beds shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control.
Electronic Communication Participants consent to receive electronic communications from Sash Beds related to the Program.
Agreement to Terms and Conditions By participating in the Program, participants agree to these T&C.
Effective Date These T&C are effective as of October 23, 2023.
Modifications to Terms and Conditions Sash Beds reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
